The enumerator for ED 137 used two different marks, and only one kind (an x) is allowed in Centrans. It is apparent that a hash mark meant the occupant could do “some” reading and/or writing, and the x meant unable to read and write. It should be noted that the first 4 pages for beat 4 appear out of order. They were put into the books incorrectly. I have followed the correct order.
