Regarding the lines for cannot read or write.  The enumerator 
for ED 137 used two different marks, and only one kind (an x) 
is allowed in Centrans.  It is apparent that a hash mark meant 
the occupant could do “some” reading and/or writing, and the 
x meant unable to read and write.   

It should be noted that the first 4 pages for beat 4 appear out 
of order.  They were put into the books incorrectly.  I have 
followed the correct order.  Also, stamped page 134A is out of 
order due to page error.
