Personally appeared before me Miles Pinney assistant Marshall for taking the 7th 
Census in the 38th District in this County who having duly sworn declares that 
the preceding Schedules entitled "Schedule 1 Free Inhabitants" have been filled 
according to his Oath and Instructions and to the best of his Knowledge and 
belief.

Sworn to & Subscribed before me Lorenzo English Mayor of the City of Columbus in 
Said County & State this 20th day of December AD 1850.
