USGenWeb Free Census Project Help, Census Templates and Spreadsheets

If you will be transcribing for a census year that is not included in the CART or CenTrans program, we have templates for all years and some specialty census records. The common formats are MSExCel Spreadsheet, MSWorks Spreadsheet, and Tab Text Templates.

For 1940 we have LibreOffice. You can download LibreOffice free from this link. This works on Windows, Mac or Linux.
