Hopefully, if you have this program, you have been using it for a while. (If you have the Eurora Pro versions, the instructions are the same.) And basing my instructions on that premise, we will continue.
Step 1. Open a "New Message" by either using the menu bar or using the New Message Icon. (Versions may vary as to the location and appearance of this Icon.)
Step 2. Type your message. Tell your State Census Coordinator that you are done and all that good stuff.
Step 3. You are now ready to attach your file. In Eudora, there is an icon with a paper clip on it for attachments or you can access your attachment function from the "Message" option on the menu bar.
Step 4. Next is to find your file. When you click on the Attachment function, you will get a dialog box with your files displayed in it. From there, you find your file. Once you have located your file on your disk, you highlight it and then click the "Open" button.
Step 5. From this screen, with your file highlighted, click the "Open" button. (This "attaches" your file to your email!) You will see below the "cc:" and "bc:" a line showing that the file is now "Attached".
Step 6. And now, all you have to do is click on the "Send Now" button and that's it!
