USGenWeb Free Census Project Completion Instructions, Sending Email Attachments
Attachments are, in the USGenWeb Census Project, a part of life. Somewhere down the line, you, as a volunteer, will have to send someone, somewhere an attachment. It is a frightening thought for some, and a simple 'cake walk' for others.
It is most likely that the attachment you will be sending will be to your State Coordinator, that first set of about 100 entries or so, (a progress report of sorts) and then that wonderfully glorious day when you finally send your completed work to be uploaded to the internet for all the world to see!
However, for those that are nervous about sending attachments, this page is dedicated to you!
Below are links to instructions for sending attachments using the most common email programs in use today. Hopefully, these instructions will be clear enough for you to follow. If you have any questions, please contact me!
