Hopefully, if you have this program, you have been using it for a while.

Step 1. Open a "New Message".

Step 2. Type your message. Tell your State Census Coordinator that you are done and all that good stuff.

Step 3. You are now ready to attach your file. In Netscape, there is an icon with a paper clip on it for attachments that you need to click.

Where to find your Attachment Function

Found it!!

Step 4. Next is to find your file. When you click on the Attachment function, you will get a dialog box with your files displayed in it. From there, you find your file. Once you have located your file on your disk, you double click on the file.

Step 5. From this screen, with your file highlighted, click the "Open" button. (This "attaches" your file to your email!) You will see below the "cc:" and "bc:" a line showing that the file is now "Attached".

You Have Attached the File!!

Step 6. And now, all you have to do is click on the "Send Mail" button and that's it!
